• Select 'Book' from the navigation menu and choose the city you want to discover.
• Fill in the details such as the date and the number of participants. When you have a gift voucher you can redeem them in the box "Enter voucher / Discount code". Then click the "Proceed" button.
• You will now be redirected to the next page. Here you can check the data and possibly select a different starting time. When everything is correct, click the " Proceed" button.
• On the next page you can fill in your personal information and again click the "Proceed" button.
• Confirm your booking by selecting a payment method and complete the booking via "Confirm".
• Complete the payment and your reservation is confirmed!
• You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail within a few minutes.

The price for a great WALKING DINNER evening varies per city. However, in all cities you enjoy 3 different dishes served in 3 different restaurants (1 Starter 2. Main course 3. Dessert). A glass of wine (or other drink) is also included in the price. Furthermore you will receive a beautiful walking tour (which will guide you along some of the most amazing highlights of the city) by mail. The participating restaurants will be automatically informed of your arrival and they will reserve seats for you.

A reservation can be made up to two days in advance (until 16:00 at the latest). However, in order to guarantee availability, we advise you to place your booking at least one week in advance (especially for groups of 8 or more persons this is recommended). Should a restaurant, for whatever reason, no longer be available, we will look for a restaurant of comparable quality.

It is possible to change the date of your booking. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@walkingdinner.com so that we can arrange this for you. For groups larger than 8 persons you can change your booking up to 3 days in advance until 15:00 and for groups up to 8 persons it is possible until 15:00 the day before.

It is possible to cancel the booking and receive a refund of the full amount that has been paid. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@walkingdinner.com. Are you with a group of less than 8 people? Then you can cancel a booking up to one day in advance, until 15:00 at the latest. If you wish to cancel a booking of 8 or more persons and wish to receive a full refund, you must notify us at least one week in advance by e-mail.

For reservations for the special during GLOW Eindhoven it is possible, in case of cancellation, to refund the full price of the number of guests booked up to 14 days prior to the planned departure.

After completing the booking for WALKING DINNER, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. If you did not receive this email and the money has been debited, please check your SPAM. No email yet? Don't panic and send an e-mail to info@walkingdinner.com.

WALKING DINNER has chosen to process all payments via internet banking. If you do not have internet banking or do not want to use it, hopefully you can find someone who can do this for you. We make an exception for companies: they can pay by invoice.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the sequence. We have made an appointment with all participating restaurants to offer a specific course throughout the year.

You can purchase a digital gift voucher from us, where you can determine the value of the gift voucher yourself. The gift card will be sent to you or to the beneficiary (depending on which e-mail address you enter) within a few minutes after payment. The Gift Voucher is valid in the year of purchase and the following calendar year. A gift voucher that is ordered in 2023 is valid until 31-12-2024. Each Gift Voucher has a unique 10-digit code which can be entered when placing a booking so that the total amount is reduced by the value of the Gift Voucher

This is of course possible, but you will have to pay extra for this (price varies per city).
