Rotterdam is a port city situated in the west of the Netherlands and Rotterdam is located along the northern banks of the present-day Nieuwe Maas.

The port of Rotterdam, until recently the largest of the world, is the largest and most important port of Europe. The port area has a length of 40 kilometres.

The name Rotterdam dates back from the 13th century and refers to a dam in the river the Rotte. The historic downtown became largely destroyed by a German bombing. Rotterdam is nowadays known for its renewed architecture.Whether you're interested in shopping, architecture or art, Rotterdam has it all!

Duidelijke procedure en communicatie. Dat is wel eens anders met kadokaarten. Kwaliteit van het gebodene was prima, leuke restaurants en prima bediening. Overal was duidelijk waar we voor kwamen, hoefden ook niets meer te tonen etc. Alles verliep op rolletjes

Deze waking dinner gedaan met 6 personen, allen 60+ en geboren rotterdammers. Verrast om op plaatsen te komen waar zij het bestaan niet van wisten.
